Welcome to RotaryHive.com, a multi-tenant management platform for Rotary Clubs. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Your Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the RotaryHive platform (the “Service”), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Account Creation: To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You agree not to share your password with any third party.
• Roles: The Service provides different access levels (e.g., Super Admin, President, Treasurer, Secretary, Club Member). Your access and use of the Service are limited to the features and data relevant to your assigned role.

3. Use of the Service

• Permitted Use: The Service is provided for the personal, non-commercial use of Rotary Club members and leadership to manage club activities, including membership, events, finances, and communication.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
  • Using the Service to collect or track the personal information of others without their consent, outside of the Service's intended functionality.
  • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from enjoying the Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems.
• Content Generation: If you use the AI Content Generator, you understand that its output is a tool to assist you. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing the generated content to ensure it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with all applicable laws and Rotary International guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• RotaryHive IP: The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by RotaryHive.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• User Content: You retain all rights to any data or content you upload to the Service, including member information, announcements, and event details. By uploading content, you grant RotaryHive.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Data Ownership and Responsibilities

• Data Ownership: You, as a user and/or a club, own the data you upload to the Service. RotaryHive.com will not sell, rent, or trade your data.
• Legality of Data: You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of all data you upload or submit to the Service. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and consents to provide this data.

6. Termination

RotaryHive.com may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RotaryHive.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. RotaryHive.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

RotaryHive.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
